Absolutely, the right decision
Thank you, Latasha Phillips is equipped with a skill set that is professional, informed, organized, and dedicated to meeting ... the needs and requests of her residents. With much hesitation and doubt, Ms Phillips answered all questions and concerned about this lifestyle change from a house to a community environment. Since moving in June 1, Ms Phillips, Ms Edwards, and the maintence staff has immediately fulfilled everything that needed to be addressed. From the first time we met Latasha Phillips and toured the property, we knew that we'd found our next home. To say that ... Latasha goes above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the effort she has made to ensure that our transition was seamless. The property is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The residents are friendly, the amenities are plentiful, and the opportunity to be involved with the community is abundant. We have just recently moved in, so we look forward to being active members at the Spring. Tanisha also offered her kind support to help us during our move in process, and we are deeply appreciative to both Latasha and Tanisha for taking care of ALL of our needs. The Manager (Tanisha) and Assistant Manager (Latasha) at The Spring at Silverton Senior Citizens Complex are doing a fantastic ... job. It is unbelievable how they give us so much attention, how they take care of things so immediately and do so in an excellent manner. The management team here is truly unbelievable. Several times management has said to me "YOU HAVE GIVEN IT (my concerns) TO ME, I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. There was no need for me to worry, the responses were immediate and resolute. I have said to management you give my concerns so much attention and I am sure you do the same for all the tenants, I do not see how you have time to breathe. But you do not see them panicking or running around in circles. They are steadfast and JUST GET THE JOB DONE. They truly care about the entire facility and all the residents. We are kept current on all events as well as facility issues. If lights are effected by bad weather, we do not have to check with our neighbors or call the electric company. This as well as updates are taken care of by management. They are so prompt and attentive. If I call management and do not make contact, they are calling me back before I can hang up. The words "above and beyond" are old and worn out. Some new words would need to be derived to describe our Manager Tanisha and Assistant Manager Latasha. TOP OF THE LINE EFFICIENCY. I am so glad that I made the decision to choose The Spring at Silverton. I was not quite sure where I wanted to be. I had ... spoken with both Natasha Phillips and Tanisha Edwards over the phone several times concerning the property. Things did not change until I met both of these ladies in person. They were amazing! They are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I thank God that he has allowed our paths to cross. I have found my forever home. I will be here until Jesus comes!.
